What does my reservation include?

Your reservation includes all services confirmed to you by email and mentioned in the section upcoming events. 

Program

Final program, timetable, venues, accommodation, useful contacts, and other details will be sent via e-mail at the latest one week before arrival. 

Changes

Padel Clinics Europe reserves the right to make adjustments to the program of each clinic, striving to meet all our client’s expectations at all times. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect the format or the training sessions. If causes of force majeure (such as prolonged bad weather conditions, unavailability of indoor facilities, legal restrictions, etc.) prevent this, the organization will refund the corresponding amount for the services not used.

Liability/ travel insurance 

Padel Clinics Europe cannot be held liable for injuries, property damage, and harm caused to third parties as a direct result of errors, omissions, and negligence arising from its activities. Upon request, we can assist you with comprehensive travel insurance (charged separately).

Final price and payment terms

The final price and bank details can be found in the last approved proposal. For all clinics, the reservation process and the payment terms are as follows:

1. confirm the clinic you are interested in (no payment is required)
2. we will contact you for further details (just you or with friends, lodging, player’s level, options)
3. we send you our confirmation: 50% down payment (creditcard)
4. 1 week before event: 50% remaining payment.

Cancellation Policy

The participant is entitled to cancel the reservation with a full refund up to 7 days before arrival. In case the minimum of participants (6 pax) is not reached, the participant can:

1. keep the booking and change into another event (eventual price difference is settled by one week before the start of the new clinic).
2. ask for a full refund

Disclaimer

With the confirmation of each reservation, the participant authorizes Padel Clinics Europe to create audiovisual content for each clinic and publish such content on its website and social media platforms. This content may include images of the participants, including but not limited to interviews and/or photographs taken during the courses, without any limitations on territory, duration, means of dissemination (including but not limited to the internet, social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, promotional and advertising materials, press communications for editorial purposes, any other technical means now known or hereafter invented, etc.), and frequency of use. Each participant is hereby informed and acknowledges that this authorization is granted free of charge and that they will not receive any financial compensation for using this content unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Jurisdiction

The parties agree to submit any disputes regarding the “Terms and Conditions” to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
